Genesis 9:6-8

⁶“Whoever sheds human blood,^[a]
by other humans^[b]
must his blood be shed;
for in God’s image^[c]
God^[d] has made humankind.

⁷“But as for you,^[e] be fruitful and multiply; increase abundantly on the earth and multiply on it.”

⁸God said to Noah and his sons,^[f]
